Shipping and Return Policy of Dazzling Pearls

Free USPS Priority shipping for every order, free overnight shipping for order $500.00 or more.

45 Days Money Back Returns or Exchange

In some rare cases, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return of exchange your item within 45 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange (excluding shipping charges).

Only items returned in their original condition are eligible for a full refund or exchange. Refund will be made using the same method of payment.

Call or e-mail us, we will e-mail you an RMA number and Return/Exchange form.

Pack the pearls securely in the original shipping box if possible, along with your RMA number and Return/Exchange form.

For your protection, we recommend insuring your package and requiring signature confirmation when delivered.

Dazzling Pearls is not responsible for any items damaged during transit. Items received damaged may be

refused or assessed a fee for the damages.
